  1. So, so glad to be back! Really weak and winded from my battle with the nastiest flu I can remember, but again, happy to be back….took it pretty easy today

    Wod 1….7:20 steady pace…..185# deads

    Wod 2….really fatigued after first one so did what I could til I got light headed…25 dubs, 10 power cleans, 8 box hspu, 6 squat clean thrusters and then 25 dubs……steady pace then just done! 7:00 minutes…..

  2. WOD 1 – 4:32….Heat 1 by myself but pleased even though I had nobody to chase or push me. Presses all unbroken. Deads broken at round of 15 into 10-5. Probably should have broken the set of 21.

    WOD 2 – 13:29 – Box HSPU….Everything felt great except first set of doubles. Snatches were broken into sets of 3 or 4. Thrusters were 1’s or 2’s.

    WOD 2: 11:15, I think. Maybe Gary can help here since we were close…I think we were in the 11’s.

    WODS were a back killer!

  4. Did WOD 1 at 4:45 am and WOD 2 at soccer conditioning at 6:30 pm bc I didn’t have time this morning for both.

    WOD 1: 3:53 @ 70 and 155 (rx)
    WOD 2: 11:11 @ 65 I REALLY need to work on full snatches. Wasn’t comfortable going any heavier bc my technique sucks :-/

      wod 2…5:30 needed more rest here but wanted to go with Strix, Pam and Will
      wod 3…7:30 took a little more rest before this one and needed it, breathing was a chore on these for me….
