Thanks to everyone who took the time the post their goals for this year. It isn’t just a good exercise for personal achievement, but its also a tool for me to use while programming our workouts. I want everyone to get where they want to be, now I have a better idea of where that place is for all of us.

Standing curls 3×10
3 way delt 3×10
GHD sit-ups 3×20
Lat pull down 3×10
Dips 3×15 (weighted if possible)
