  1. Wod #3 5:34.
    Did my own wod 1 & 2 to take it easy on the shoulders. Shuttle run with 20″, 24″ & 30″ box jumps on the way. 12:47 for the wod which included bar OHS, Push Press, Back Squat and Bent Over Rows.

    Wod #2…5:02 @ 135#
    Wod #3…6:28, but was so gassed, I hit 140 dubs at the 5 minute mark, did the deads, but then just finished the 60 dubs without stopping at the 6 minute mark.
    3 wods is definitely pushing it for me, but i am really glad to have gotten through them….tired, but feel good! Good luck to Stu, Scheid and Gary for the last game of the year!! Beat Ashland!!
