  1. WOD 1 – 2 rounds plust 22 reps

    WOD 2 – 12:04 – 5 HSPU which felt REALLY strong and didn’t fail on any. 4 sets of 5 is really good for me.

  2. Wod 1 – 3 rounds plus 12 reps

    Wod 2 – 10:44. subbed 500 m bike for the 200 m run. Best snatches I’ve ever done – after all the 135# – the 115# felt great.
