  1. With a lot of the Club in Akron today at Utility (great job to all by the way), I went cardio today……
    Wod 1…..walked 5.5 miles with my wife

    Wod 2…..ran my my first sub 30 minute 5K….29:40….finally!

  2. Final and Official 13.1 Result = 140 reps….total suckfest.

    Someday I will look back and have a good laugh at how badly 135lb snatches sucked. That day, however, was not Sunday nor do I see it happening in the near future….but one day.
