  1. WOD 1- 6 rounds (chest to bar Pullups as sub- first ever too!)

    WOD 2- 13:47 – very pleased I finished it doing 275. Never done that much

  2. Wod 1: 5 rounds plus 19 reps (just missed getting the 2nd muscle up to finish round 6 as time expired).

    Wod 2: 9:15. Sucked and Loved this one at the same time!

  3. WOD 1: 6 rounds + 18 reps, pretty happy with that.

    WOD 2: Did 2 rounds, shoulder flared up…could not finish. Did get 275 up a few times.

    Need to rest my shoulder for the open.
