    Felt guilty bc I didn’t have time to do the wod yesterday so I did 21-15-9 burpees and hspu and then did a short 5 round ab wod…..shoulders felt tired today and 105 felt heavier than I thought. But I agree with Stu…loved that wod (I secretly love lunges)
