I screwed up and did power snatches on the last one. You would think I might be able to follow my own programming.

  1. AMRAP 1 – 3 rounds plus 6 ttb…true ttb fried me! (stu did 4 rounds)

    AMRAP 2 – 36 burpees
    AMRAP 3 – 10 plus one clean

    WOD 2- 9:03 – did 2 hspu and after about 5 failed ones I switched to box hspu.

    Amrap 3: 11 rounds + 1, I may have only done 10…lost count?

    I took the 10’s off after about 3 min. Into the first amrap…my snatches and ohs are just not there yet.

    WOD 2: 5:10

    Was a tiring day. Good job Gary and Rachel, took guts to run the race!

  3. Was a bit late today as I went to see my oldest run his first 5k, so I only did amrap wod

    Amrap 1…3 rounds….actually got my toes to the bar, but did let feet hit the ground on occasion
    Amrap 2…29 burpees
    Amrap 3…9 rounds plus 1…power snatches
