    Starting to feel better – did 3 sets of 5 bar muscle ups & 3 sets of 10 pistols – all unbroken at the end – they are starting to look like real reps (although stu said I did one set of muscle up’s like a girl – haha)

  2. My goal was to keep up with Strix – even a sick Strix is a challenge to keep up with for me. I was happy with my effort

    Felt very good about my OHS…been working on them. Wish I wouldnt have dropped the bar twice during the squats.
