  1. WOD 1- 12:12….. not sure how I feel about this time. Have a feeling it isn’t that much of PR

    WOD 2- a leisure pace to 23:24. 185# made this a slow one. Box hspu

    Wod 2: 17:07 – 185 was heavy, but a huge improvement over the South Bend comp. when I first had to do these.
    Wod 3: 3 rounds, 10 pistols, 15 dips, 20 t2b. 7:33
    First time ever doing pistols in a wod, and I think almost all of them would have counted. Still not great form, but getting better.
    Wod 4: Throw 1,000 batting practice pitches to my 13u baseball team, including one that came back and gave me a tatoo of baseball seams and the word Rawlings on my chest.
