  1. Last time we did this was the end of October….that was around the end of football season when my focus started to shift to Crossfit. So this is a GREAT sequence to redo at this moment. When I looked back at my times I was astonished at how far I have come in that amount of time…3 months!

    WOD 1 –
    Oct 2012: 6:56 scaled weight to 115 pounds
    Jan 2013 – 6:32 rxd with 135 pounds

    WOD 2 –
    Oct 2012: 6:15
    Jan 2013: 4:24

    WOD 3:
    Oct 2012: Claimed I couldn’t even do double unders not to mention the 225 deads
    Jan 2013: 7:38 rxd

    October….wod 1…7:26, but scaled to 115#
    Today…….wod 1…9:19 rxd

    October….wod 2…5:02 rxd
    Today…….wod 2…4:34 rxd

    Did 100 dubs as a cash out today as I had to bug out for work…1:50.

  3. Don’t know what was up last time we did this one, but I only did wod #3 – did something else that day for wod 1 & 2.

  4. WOD 1: power cleans #115 and modified pullups did 10-8-6-4-2 yah, added an
    extra 4 reps, i’m that BA 5:21

    WOD 2: 30 25# clean and wall ball (Pam named this…ask her what it is); cash
    out 400m run…er, slow plod 4:29

    WOD 3: 6:13 185# deads and I jump roped without a jump

  6. First time doing the WOD…

    WOD 1: 7:51…minus some time?

    WOD 2: 6:48

    WOD 3: 5:17

    Felt pretty good about it, since I started with 75 lb hang cleans. I also deadlifted 225 today for the first time in any WOD. I could not do 225 back in October when I started.

    Getting pretty excited about next month’s comp.
