Great workout.
Gary just about caught me on the final round so I had to go into overdrive to win. It was awful and amazing all at once.
Planning to do some Olympic work at the end of the day.

So sorry i had to bug out early on this one to get my oldest to school by 7am (darn responsibilities!! made it by 7:03!)…anyway, i was at 22:32 with the second set of 100 dubs and the last round to go, so i would have been well behind all you studs (as usual…oh well, i’ll just keep on plugging!)…really glad i could do the 155# on the clean and jerks…

    Really sore from strength stuff on Thursday and just couldn’t get moving. Thanks to Pam for being lousy at her du’s so that I had someone to do the last couple rounds with!
