  1. AMRAP 1….5+11 reps
    AMRAP 2….5 rounds??? (need Strix to confirm it was either 4 or 5)
    AMRAP 3….67-complete arm/shoulder fatigue set in around 30.

    VERY pleased that during 1st WOD I flew through the pullups unbroken. First time I have ever done pullups of any number unbroken.

  2. AMRAP 1: 7 Rounds + 2 reps
    AMRAP 2: 5 Rounds + 3 reps
    AMRAP 3: 97 DUBS…I started w 53 in a row, YEAH for me.

    I am glad to be back to feeling normal!
