  1. 28:28….went to power snatches on last round, 24″ box, 62# kb swings, last round subbed another 30 dubs for the run as they were cleaning field house.

  2. Back is feeling better – but didn’t want to push it for 1 more day -did the “injured Reserve” wod w/ Briefcase
