Clean and Jerk Ladder with Dubs
Every minute on the minute complete 20 double unders and then the prescribed clean and jerk weight and reps. Continue until you cannot complete the clean and jerks in the allotted minute.
Progress through the following weights and reps.
Post final weight and reps.
3 rounds for time.
20 yd lunge @ 135lbs front rack
10 box jump overs @ 30″
5 wall climbs
20yd bar push (just roll your bar back to starting point)
Really hoped I could get a little more on the clean and jerk. The lifts felt good, but I was out of gas. The dubs were surprisingly taxing.
