  1. Did at home with some modification after I unloaded half the bar trying to go from deads to squats.
    225 DL x 10
    45 # db clean x 12
    25 plate thrusters with a 35. 1:45– 8:30
    Did WOD 2 mod as well.
    Sorry I missed it but did not want to trek 2 sick kids on with me.
