  1. Taking care of a sore lower back I worked up to 170×3 for squat clean

    14:39 for the wod again taking it nice and smooth on squat clean thrusters….lots of stretching tonight

  2. Arms felt like they were going to explode i couldnt squat clean. Did double unders, barely pull ups and my burpees. Packing the arms right now. Going to fiddle with form today at 6. Two a days are catching up with me. A recovery day today.

  3. Worked up to 200# on the squat cleans. Weight felt easy and I never missed. Form with my arms wasn’t great, though, so I went back down to work on form. Next time we’ll see what I can do.
