  1. I have never, ever gone over 95# for a full snatch – so going for a 1rm was interesting. Form work recently is helping out. got 155# pretty easily, but failed on my 1 attempt at 165#. Moved the weight ok – just had trouble finishing. Keep working on it.

    WOD 2 – 4 rounds plus 20 reps
    Short Rest – maybe 10 minutes???
    WOD 3 – 8:43….forearms never hurt so bad while doing double unders before. my core was shot too. All around a miserable WOD and performance by me. used 40# DBs too

  3. First time doing a max snatch and thanks to Stu for helping with warm up and the form….145 for max…..got 155 to my forehead and lost it a couple of times

    14 pullups, almost got 15 but could not get chin to the bar

    Wod 2…4 rounds plus 6 reps….step ups were brutal

    Wod 3…8:12 with 40# dumbells
