  1. Clean and Jerk PR today of 205. Could probably add a few more pounds to it too. I’m most concerned with getting the clean portion. The jerk didn’t seem too bad but 205 clean is getting heavy.

    Did 5×3 snatch balance, hang squat snatch & full snatch – all w/ 95#. Form kinda sucked at first so I didn’t want to add much weight or do too many reps at once until I got it better – improved alot.
