My shoulders were absolutely fried by the third WOD. So bad that double unders were painful. Overall great day though. I’m starting to look forward to our torturous Sunday sessions. Only 39 days left before the GLI.

  1. Wod 1….wow, not sure if I have ever been sweating that much, especially after the night before…lol…scheid told me the time and i think it was 37:47 or something like that…just glad to have gotten through it.
