7 WODs in less than a 24 hour period isn’t too bad. I enjoyed the little “burner” WODs we did at the end of the day today. They get your heart rate jacked and have a different kind of burn to them. Gotta be good for something.
Pretty happy with the last 2 days of training, especially with the short turnaround time from last night to this morning. We got a lot of work done.
My legs are pretty jacked up at the moment, so strength should be interesting tomorrow. Can’t wait to get after it again.

  1. WOD 1- 6:15
    WOD 2- Don’t know my time but I was not happy with my performance. Just got to climb over that wall I hit.

    Practiced Double Unders hardcore today. A little over an hour of practice. Blasted the music in the garage and went ham.
