Great Friday WOD with no weight.

  1. WOD 1- 8 rounds
    WOD 2- 2 Rounds, first attempt on the double unders with my new rope. Made sure to get them all, took some time and patients.
    WOD 3- 35, shoulders were feeling it from WOD 1.
    Going to practice my double unders today. I will adapt and overcome.

  2. wod #1: Lost complete count – was either 8 full rounds + 5 + 10 + 10 squats or 9 full rounds plus the 25 reps.
    wod #2: 3 rounds + 20 + 10 + 1 box jump
    wod #3: 47 burpees. I suck
    wod #4 (for punishment): 15 t2b, 5 ghd, 10 t2b, 10 ghd, 5 t2b, 15 ghd – 3:57

  3. Cold is getting better, but still lingering

    Wod 1…5 rounds + 5 pullups
    Wod 2…3 rounds + 7 dubs
    Wod 3…39 burpees, was completing 40 as time expired
