I had a 3rd WOD planned, but we ran out of time. I’m not too disappointed though, because I was kinda gassed.

  1. Wod #1 – 9:52. 1st round at 185#, I realized that I was going to be there all day to do the rest so I scaled the rest to 155#.

    10:25 @ 135lbs Arms were getting tired. Didn’t feel to heavy.

    Wod 2
    5:15 Deadlift felt strong and fast. Arms were dead on pull ups tho.

  3. Still feeliing the effects of my cold so i scaled a bit, but am feeling better

    wod 1…..9:42 @ 135#
    wod 2…..6:40 @ 155# for deads and with small band for pullups
