Strength days, which usually double as skill days, are always fun and can quickly get out of hand. I could have played around in the weight room for hours today, but didn’t have the time.

Front squat 5×5 (from the floor)-worked up to 245lbs.
1 rep max squat clean-255lbs.
OHS 3×10-worked up to 155 lbs

Did another quick WOD today.
