Slept almost all day on Sunday and I still felt sick this morning. I decided my best bet was to try and sweat some of it out. The WOD I drew up turned out to be harder than anticipated, but I think it did the trick.

4 rounds for time:
10 burpees
15 power cleans @ 105lbs
200m run
30 double unders
20 pull-ups

I thought I was going to kill over on my last 200m run (which was more of a walk). I would like to do this workout again when I’m healthy, because I think I could get the first 3 rounds unbroken, maybe the whole thing.

Later on I did another quick WOD with the football team after school. It took a little convincing to get Scheid to join me, but Chamber members can’t resist. This also turned out to be harder than expected, but it was exactly what I wanted.

    345 1 rep
    never really challenged my self till today on deadlift. Got to start somewhere.
    Wod 2
    7 squat cleans @ 115 lbs
    12 wall balls 18 lbs
    10 T2B
    8 rounds
    cardio felt fine, but squat cleans got a heavy towards the end.

  2. Still battling chest cold and it showed in this wod 1 as I was really struggling….28:43. This was the first time I actually almost stopped during a wod…..hope to get past this soon…..
