Wanted something light today because I still feel like I got hit by a truck after Saturday. It was good to get moving though and try and work some of this soreness out. Hopefully I feel little better tomorrow so I can get some strength in.

Here is a video of my first CrossFit competition in 2010. This was the first WOD at the 2010 CrossFit Sectionals (before they had the Open).
