Pretty happy with this workout. Did the entire WOD unbroken and had a very nice pace. I’m hoping the 3rd WOD for the competition this weekend is posted some time today, so I can give it a try tomorrow. Otherwise, I’m ready to compete and very excited abou the weekend.

  1. 9:52. SLOW! Hang anything is my worst exercise and coming off of the Sunday wod just couldn’t get moving. With that said, feeling good and ready for this weekend!
