We did the 2nd workout of the upcoming Thanksgiving Bash at CrossFit 061. Pretty good WOD.

For time:
40 shoulder to over head @ 135/85 lbs
30 box jump overs @ 24″/20″
20 ground to over head @ 135/85 lbs
10 box jump overs @ 24″/20″

Pretty happy with the WOD. I think a time of close to 5 minutes is achievable. We will find out next Saturday in Indy.
