Worked clean and jerks today. In an effort of extreme athleticism, Pam and I both blasted ourselves in the face with the bar. Ridiculous.
Great day of training though. Tomorrow will get wild as well.

    Wod 2…4 rounds + 6 + 8….forward facing handstand pushups…PR on ohs in a wod @ 135# and did them unbroken…hspu really slowed me down
