  1. 26:48…All weight RX’d…24″ Box (highest I’ve gone since re-tearing my knee)…53# swings for rounds 1-3, 62# for rounds 4-5…1.5 laps instead of the doubles.

    Everything felt great! I was kinda in a zone for this I felt.
