I wanted an aerobic WOD that was light and kept us moving for a decent amount of time. After the last two days of torture, I hit the mark with this one. It got the heart rate up and the wind moving, but wasn’t a destructive workout. Felt good, but I’m a train wreck at the moment physically. Been a good week so far.

  1. 19:09…..toes 2 bar and running continue to slow me down a bit……need to work to be better at both…..ready for a rest day after 3 tough days in a row
