I desperately needed a day with no weight and lots of cardio. My run sucked as usual, but I didn’t stop on everything else. Particularly happy with the burpee box jump overs.

  1. 21:27…..the doubles to burpee box jump overs to running we’re particularly challenging on this former offensive and defensive lineman…!
