8 Pullups
9 Burpees
10 Deadlifts @ 185 lbs
25 Double unders

4 rounds + 8 pulls + 9 burps + 10 deads + 18 dubs.

Two really rough WOD’s back to back. Starting to see a lot of progress though. The combination of metcons and strength that we’ve been doing is working well. It’s nice to finally see some big gains again. It’s been a while.

Strength:
Front squats 3×5, lunges 3×10, GHD sits 3×20, SLD 3×10, band back extensions 3×15.
