Did the entire WOD unbroken. I need to start running a little faster, but I was pretty pumped at my pace through everything else. Great week of training so far.

The Chamber crew has signed up for the Thanksgiving Bash at Crossfit 061. 5 weeks out, I’m getting really excited about it!

  1. 14:58. First 4 sets unbroken but lost it on the 5th round of OHS. Getting better though – a year ago couldn’t do a 135# OHS, let alone 60!
