I’m not sure if I did good on this WOD or not. Clean and jerks felt pretty consistent, but I paced right from the beginning. Dips got a little hairy toward the end.

  1. 9:03 at 155#. Definitely harder than it looked on the board. Did a few at 185# afterwards and got a few pointers from Stu – felt better than I thought it would
